Humid morning over at WFG with Frintner. Nice run, the company really helped to make this go without too much of a struggle. Felt like we were swimming during the first half and then by the end it started getting toasty. Was feeling pretty good until we hit the uphill mile, that ended up slowing us pretty significantly, and led to slower miles the rest of the way. Happy to get out there and get a longer effort in on a gross morning. Saw Brad Ketchmark too, chatted with him for a few minutes. Nice to see a new face.
