Easy out to Crystal. Felt a bit tired at the beginning, but as we got into this run, I started feeling pretty good. It was quite humid out there today too. Actually went into the forest trail for the first time this season! Then a smaller group added on back into the cemetery before coming back the Greg Netols good way. This run was pretty lively and Weem and I had a pretty good back and forth banter going. Made this one go by quick. Strides and core back at the Armory afterwards.
