Notes
Friday's work starts at 7:30 instead of 8, so had to get up a bit earlier for this one. Had a really hard time getting up out of bed. Glad I eventually did, it was another beautiful morning, 50 and sunny. Ran from my house out and around Lake Zurich and back. There were so many birds, squirrels, and bunnies out this morning. Got harassed by several red-winged black birds. On several occasions, an animal (all the above) would dart out from a bush/tree right in front of me and scare the crap out of me. Otherwise, this was a very pleasant run.
Again, wasn't sure if I'd have time, so skipped strides. Will hopefully add them in going forward.
Light roll afterwards. Plan for mobility/core later. Will update.
