EZ loop plus at Busse. Started with a 30' add on before meeting Frintner for a nice catch up run. First section was smooth though rain mostly, but the second half of this was quite pleasant once the rain stopped. It's been a few minutes since Frintner and I have seen each other, so catching up was delightful and made the miles fly by. Pace was pretty chill and we took a few brief breaks to keep it conversational, but was more than happy to accommodate. I've certainly been in the dying position previously. More frequent runs with pals is definitely in order I think.
