Nice, longer easy run post work. Waited too long to get out the door before this and it got pretty dark for the last 30'. There was a gorgeous sunset over Lake Zurich as I ran past the promenade. Ate food before this again and had an uneasy stomach pretty much the whole run. Otherwise, this was a very nice run.
