Pretty typical Monday. Kept the pace chill. Legs were tired from the bigger mileage week last week, so wanted to get some recovery in before the workout tomorrow. This week is gonna be kinda crazy in the second half, so really focusing on getting ahead in work and sleep early on. Strides and core. Got talking with Frintner and walked with him back to the house and then ran home from there. Rolled out good while making dinner.
