4 x 8' at Threshold (1'), 4 x 400
Absolutely gorgeous day out there! Would have been perfect if not for a stiff wind coming from the southwest. Made the first half of 1 and 3 hard, and the second halves of 2 and 4 really hard. Kept a consistent effort throughout, although I went out a bit fast on the first one. Paid for it towards the end. My legs were pretty beat by the end of the threshold. The 400s did not feel too good. Either into the wind or slightly uphill the whole way. V tiring. Still some good work toughing it out. If only every February could be this nice!
