Notes
EZ evening run south through Elmhurst to Eldridge. Ran two of the big loops and was sure to go over the hill this time. Tried to keep it relaxed, but legs felt pretty good after the rest day yesterday. Beautiful evening for a run, temps were cool and there was a nice sunset. Not long until runs at this time will sadly be in the dark though. Manaois flyby towards the beginning too.
