First run since GLR. Really happy to be back at it, and hopefully on the comeback with a healthy body. Kept it "easy" and went east along the PP into Elmhurst. Second half of this was a bit tough, definitely felt like I haven't run in 6+ weeks. Long road back, but excited to be healthy getting back into the swing of training.
