Notes
This run was the complete opposite of yesterday with calm and dry conditions. Crazy that all the snow is already gone. Felt pretty good today. Settled into a relaxed pace and just cruised along. Hammy has felt good while running the past few days, I never really notice it. Not 100% healed though, so still working to manage and not have a setback. Going to test it out with some sort of workout tomorrow.
