EZ afternoon run out to Columbus Park on a v windy day. So windy I could hardly hear my podcast when running straight into the wind. Beautiful day otherwise though, perfect running temps. Felt really good today, was just out there cruising around the park. Did two loops then came back. Heel was good today.
