Good run through Crystal with Greg, Evan, Sommerfield and Brad. Came back the good way. Pace was a little quicker over the second half, which I always enjoy. Strides at Huff then added on around the six-pack. Core and then ran home with my big backpack. Time is a approximate, completely forgot to put my watch on this afternoon..
