EZ afternoon run on the treadmill. Pushed this a bit longer today after yesterday's workout was a bust. Legs are a bit fried from last weekends LR still it seems, so maybe that is a bit of an explainer for yesterday as well. I'm going to have to make sure I don't pile on too much at once. Have to remember how much fitness I've lost, and it can't be gained back in a day or a good week.
