Notes
Pretty quick turnaround for this one. Slept early last night, but was still really tired when i woke up. Took a good deal of self convincing to finally get myself up and out of bed. It was warmer this morning at 5:30a then it was for either of my runs yesterday, and it was grossly humid. Legs were pretty tired from the get go, though not surprised after a long day for me yesterday. Decided to just keep today very chill. Just sorta plodded along, and nothing really exciting happened. My friend Patrick drove past me on his way to the train station and he honked and waved. Started drizzling the last ~2' of the run, it would have been nicer much sooner. V sweaty by the end, felt like a real summer run.
Wore my old white Ravenna 6's today. They're pretty much shot at this point. Might get one more run in em this weekend and then retire them.
Strides afterwards. Lightly rolled too.
