Duel at Lake Forest
Duel meet was supposed to be at Lakewood, but it rained all day, so we switched the meet to Lake Forest's course. Hanson had us go out all together pretty slow through two miles and move. LF had nobody so we swept the duel easy. Placed 5th overall in the race!
