Easy out to Crystal. Nice run with the boyz. Conversation was very energetic today with lots of jokes and laughing. Added on around the Ike both before and after the run. Felt pretty darn good today after sleeping away most of yesterday. Pace felt very relaxed, like we were just trotting along.
Strides and core afterwards. Briefly rolled out back home.
