Notes
Took the last of PTO this year and took a half day from work. Decided to drive out to Lakewood and enjoy the beautiful, sunny weather. Picked up Trevor and Milner. Neither of them have been running, so they only wanted to do like 3 miles. Ran 1.5 OnB with Milner, Trevor stopped at 1, we picked him up on the way back. Split off at the 4-way juncture and went down a different path solo. Was feeling good, so sped up a bit while I was alone. Forgot how many hills there are in Lakewood. Path was mostly in good shape, though there were some v muddy sections.
Lower left leg is still a bit tight after noticing it yesterday. Was never painful, but was worried about it most of the way. Want to re-focus on stretching, rolling, and stabilizing workouts.
