4 x 400m Faster than Mile Pace (90"), 2 x 200m Fast (3')

Short fast workout today. Strong wind coming down the back stretch. Did this with Somerfield and Justin. The times we hit were solid. Very indicative of where my fitness is right now. This was pretty tough, even though it was really short. Felt good to go fast though. Excited to see what I can run in a 15 this weekend. Mobility at the Armory afterwards.
