Decent workout this morning. Legs felt v heavy on the warm up and I was concerned this would end up poorly. First two intervals were good. Frintner, Quinn and I were smooth and felt pretty good. We started the third one off too slowly, and then struggled to find a good rhythm on it. I was pretty gassed on the last one, and my left achilles/lower calf felt really tight and sore. Eased up a little bit so not to overly stress it.
