45' lunchtime treadmill. Sidewalks are covered in snow from last night, so hopped on the mill. This went pretty well, went by quickly enough. Dialed the pace up a bit to break up my usual treadmill slog. Felt good, aerobically a bit tired by the end. Heel still feeling solid, especially after the off day.
10' at 8.0. Then up to 9.0, increasing 0.1 every 5', finishing at 9.6. Incline at 0.5%
Heel drops before. Lift/roll later.
