Notes
Another dreary day for a run. Temps were just above freezing, and there was a light rain that made the conditions less than enjoyable. Kept the pace pretty relaxed for the most part, just took it nice and easy. The first two miles were mostly into the wind, so after that I warmed up pretty well. The rest of the run was pretty enjoyable. Went the opposite way around the Lake to spice things up a bit.
