Notes

Planned to workout today, but felt like I was sprinting on just the warm-up, so ended up bailing. Felt discouraged by how I felt with the treadmill turning to 8.5mph, so gave up and called it a run. Should have just scaled back the pace and PITT, but my heart wasn't in it today. Will bounce back tomorrow.
