Notes
Chilly solo LR out on the Prairie Path from the apartment. Way out was a bit cold, but had the wind at my back mostly, so didn't really notice it too much. Got into a nice rhythm after crossing Manheim going out. The way back I ended up picking up the pace a bit even though the wind was more in my face. The cool breeze made my lungs kind of phlegmy, so was coughing a bit during the back half. Also, got stopped at every street crossing during the last 3 miles. That, along older shoes, left my legs feeling a bit beat up by the end. I was pretty gassed at the end of this, but happy with the effort. Looks to be a long winter of cold, solo LRs, so guess we gotta buckle down and enjoy the process.
Heel drops, LM, drills before.
