Duel at Lake Forest
Hanson set up the race plan where we all had to sit behind their number 2 runner for the first 2 miles. Their number 1 took off and was winning the race by 25-30 seconds. At 2 miles, we were supposed to attack and do our best to catch him. We took off at 2 miles. Pat caught the dude in like 1200m and Jon Smith just napped him at the finish line. I placed 4th about 30m back of LF's 1. Fun race
