Notes
With high temps up near 60 today, I was psyched to get out and get this run in. Was slightly disappointed when I got out of work and the temps were sub 50, but still, the weather was pretty great. Real windy running west, so the way out was almost all into the wind. Legs felt good today, so was relaxed and cruising along. The loop in Biltmore and the way home was mostly out of or with the wind, so that was much nicer. Added on in Chapel Hill to hit 70'. Finished feeling good, but got my first bad chafe of the year.
