Rough run. Waited until the middle of the day to get out the door. Didn't respect the heat and convinced myself this would be good to help acclimate to the heat. Felt good out the gates and ran fast down the big hill. Cruised along until I got to Citizen's, then the heat got to me. Took a break and hid in the shade for a few minutes to cool down and then slowly jogged back home. Glad to be done with this one.
