Notes
Easy pre-meet out in CCC. Did this one solo because of a senior design group meeting during practice. Felt pretty good throughout this run. Kept it smooth and easy. Feeling very ready to go and get after it tomorrow. Perfect spring weather for this run too. Started off warm and humid and then it opened up and started raining pretty hard in the middle. Saw Leah out on her run too!
Stopped for strides. Will roll out tonight.
