Solo Saturday running. Ran over to the high school and did an Echo loop then headed back home. Pace started off quick and I was feeling good. The 90% humidity started to get to me and I pulled in the pace a bit. Got real sweaty, but got the time in. Felt good again the last 10' or so.
Rolled out afterwards.
