Afternoon treadmill miles. Got a bit of a late start after a 3pm meeting ran long, but we got the time in today. First half went by quickly, but the end was a bit of a grind. Today did feel a bit easier than some of the previous runs so far. Trying to take steps towards consistency, hoping for 6 days this week.
Started at 7.5mph, increased 0.1 every 5'. Incline level 1 throughout.
