Notes
The run today was v animated as everyone was up in arms over a debate between Quinn and Frintner and some of Arturo's home friends. Frintner may or may not have gotten roasted, it has been hotly contested. Despite all the enthusiasm, the pace stayed under control, which I enjoyed because my legs were still feeling pretty exhausted. Not nearly as bad as yesterday, but still not quite right. I'll be fine for this weekend though. Strides and core afterwards.
