Notes

Since I didn't get to cool down as far as I wanted after the race, and my legs were beyond tight from the long drive home, I decided to go on a quick 30' shakeout run to loosen up. Started off nice and relaxed. Legs loosened up in the second half and I opened up the stride a bit. Surprisingly felt really good on this.
