3 x 2k at Threshold (1'), 4 x 400 fast (full)
Whelp, this failed. Pushed the workout a day because I slept through yesterday's early workout due to some medicine I was on and then spent the day at high school state. Went out at threshold pace, about 3:30 or so for the k. Hit the hill and absolutely fell apart. I don't know what happened. So discouraged after seeing my first split I quit the workout right there. Not too sure what's going to happen next week.
