Just a little something to get my legs firing at a higher speed than they've been. I've been really neglecting anything faster than tempo pace for a long time, so this was a first step towards correcting that. Averaged like 5:18 pace for the ons, which is not very impressive honestly, but it's a start I supposed. Want to do more of this going forward and bring strides back into fold before winter sets in. Another step toward maybe returning to fitness.
