5x7' at TP
This one went great! It was pretty warm today, with virtually no wind, so I decided to do this one in shorts (sorry coach). I worked really hard on staying in control over the first two, not trying to kill myself early. I was worried about the 4th interval, since a lot of it was uphill, but looking back, it was actually fairly consistent with the other reps, so that's really encouraging. I felt really strong and smooth the whole way! Hopefully I can build off of this weeks good workouts moving forward. Mobility inside with Chief afterwards.
