Notes
Had a bit of trouble getting out of bed this morning, but once I did, it was a beautiful morning for a run. Started off a bit chilly, but warmed up nicely as the run went on. Started off with an extension into Chapel Hill, then continued west down Cuba Rd. and turned up LZ Rd. up to Citizen's Park. Looped from there into the Marsh, then followed that to Long Grove Rd. and back home. Legs were feeling pretty good, and felt very relaxed cruising at this pace. Lots of birds and deer on display this morning.
