EZ pre-meet out to and around the tempo loop. Pace was v relaxed with CLUB RELAYS tomorrow. Atmosphere seemed light and excited which got me real jazzed up to race. Wind was real stiff from the west, so running along Windsor kinda sucked. Otherwise, it was a beautiful day to run.
