Easy out through the Marsh. Did two loops of Citizen's and ran home. Bumped into Cobert and he ran me home, what a guy. Nothing too special here, tried to keep it v ez. Tendon above my left ankle still not feeling right. Back feels better though at least. Not sure where to go from here
Mobility + rolling afterwards
