Notes
Easy after work. Legs were feeling fresh after the day off yesterday. Ran the normal Swansway loop, but decided to run down to the park at the end of Long Grove and run a loop around the new asphalt path that was put in last fall. Nothing too special, but it was a nice little add on. Other than that this was pretty run of the mill. Starting to get back into the swing of things.
