Notes
We were moving today. Got Eric talking about food waste and global warming (his research paper topic) and next thing we knew most of the group was behind us. Besides E and I it was Adam, Brad, Scahible, and Yoon. Felt under control for most of the run until E got excited with about half mile to go. Oh well, beautiful day for a run. Didn't notice my foot for the most part. At about 40 minutes, it started hurting a lot, but went away about 5 min later. Right calf is tight now, need to roll it out. Mobility afterwards.
