Post unofficial run with Frintner. There was an assassination attempt on my life when we met at the Armory, but fortunately I ran off and managed to stay alive. Keeping my head on a swivel from now on. Felt surprisingly good today. The day off yesterday really helped my legs. Ate steak n shake like 2 hours before so I was a little full from that. Warm enough for shorts today! Looks like v nice weather ahead!
