Solo AM run out to the corner of Race and Windsor. Stayed in and got a v nice sleep last night so woke up feeling ready to role this morning. It was pretty chilly, so it took about 10-15 minutes for my legs to warm up and to feel settled in on this. Didn't look at my watch at all and just cruised. This one really flew past as I was just trapped in my thoughts and letting the imagination run wild. I'm quite excited to log some solid miles over break and have a killer track season. Saw THE Scott Elgazar and Locho + Adam in my last half mile, so that was really nice!
Came home and watched Footlocker Nationals. Two LZ boys were racing and they crushed it. Congrats Brian and Matt on 23rd and 25th. So pumped I feel like I should go for another run lol.
