EZ afternoon run on the treadmill. A bit longer and a bit quicker today to sort of simulate a workout. Wanted to get outside, but it was cold and windy so I chickened out. Pushed it a bit towards the end, felt strong, though the speed wasn't really too quick in the end, it felt like I was running harder than 6:40 pace at least.
7.5 to start, up 0.5 MPH every 15'. Finished at 9.0. Incline Level 1.
