Easy over around the marsh after work. Weather still nice and warm. Legs felt like garbage on this. Also ate too much food before this and was uncomfortably full throughout. Wanted to be done pretty much the whole time. Just happy to get in the time today.
Left hip/hammie area was pretty good today. Didn't really notice it.
