V easy day out to Crystal with the team. Tried to keep it nice and easy and see if that helped my foot out. Also, Steve had me change the lacing on my shoe a little bit, and that seemed to help. We'll see though. Spent most of the run in the back chatting with Henry. Strides at Huff when we got back and then core (!). Foot only really bothered me on the run home after sitting around for a while. We will see how it feels tomorrow.
