Notes
Easy solo run out to the corner of Race and Windsor and back. Went early to get this out of the way before campus got too drunk. It was pretty chilly out, had to bust out the full array of winter attire. Everything felt pretty smooth. Didn't look at my watch at all, just cruised along. I was really exhausted for the first 10' or so. Need to get used to waking up early and running in the morning.
Came home and rolled, stretched and dropped the heels.
