45' Steady Tempo
Another solid longer tempo today. Temps were down a bit from where they've been, so even with the high humidity
conditions were better than last week. First few miles were pretty relaxed. Opened up my stride and ran a bit faster than expected on mile 3. Over compensated in slowing down on 4. Got into a nice rhythm on the way back, felt like I could have ran right around 5:40 all day. Pushed the last mile a bit, felt good. Tired at the end, but had more to give.
