Notes
The post broomball soreness was killer. Went to 8:30 long run. Small group this morning, just me, Big Sean, and Ian. Both of them were keeping it pretty short, so we went out and did the short country club route and then did a loop around the quad. Pretty quite run, everyone seemed really exhausted. Found out Ian living in Alaska and Bama before Illinois, which I thought was pretty neat. Dropped them off and just ran out and around Urbana HS by myself. The pace steadily picked up as I loosened up more and more. Glad to get this one done early. Probably going to spend all day on the couch not moving!
