Another dark and chilly night. Felt good though, so all smiles here. Tried different loop through Swansway. Don't usually run there, but it was good for avoiding major roads. Plus got to see some different Christmas lights. Wind was in my face the last mile, that was pretty miserable.
Dynamic warm up before. Rolled out after. Should have stretched, but I was hungry.
