3200m at Buffalo Grove Scarpino Flight Meet - Flight C
I was our C flight 2 miler today, which is the slowest flight. Had the fastest seed time by quite a bit, so went out looking to win big and try and solo a decent time. Was by myself from the first turn. The only people I saw was lapping people - I ended up lapping half of the field. Still, this is a 12 lap/mile track, and 24 laps for a 2 mile was grueling. Slowed down a lot and ran a really sucky time. Won my flight by like 15-20 seconds, but unhappy with the time. Probably should have ran a shorter distance.
