Notes
Waited too long to get out the door this morning, and paid for it with a miserable run. First half of the run went really well. I was feeling good and relaxed and was running really easy. Went out down Cuba Rd. and came back through the marsh. Going to the marsh was dumb today, there's not much shade going towards Long Grove and it just seems to insulate heat/humidity. From like 4.5 to 6 it felt like I was in an over. Took a break in the shade at the end of the path to try and cool off. Ran another 1.5 in the sun, and then took another short break. Felt like I was working harder than a workout in the heat. Finally just shuffled home. Laid on the floor for a while after. Exhausted the rest of the day, I think the jet lag finally hit me.
